Cara Smyly is a good listener. Our house hunt was rushed and we literally looked at our first property on Christmas Eve, but she surprised us with her close attention at closing. You will have to work with her to find out what I mean. She answers questions readily, and tells who has the answers if she doesn't. Most important to us was that she had our back at the closing table when someone else made an error that would have cost us a lot!
