American Valor Realty participates in the DoD SkillBridge program by offering an in-person apprenticeship opportunity for transitioning service members who are interested in building a professional civilian career in real estate or related industries.
This program is designed to help participants choose a professional career path, work toward the professional license required for that field, and transition out of military service with support, structure, mentorship, and a clear direction for what comes next. We offer full SkillBridge support from 30–180 days.
What the Program Is

Why This Program Matters
One of the hardest parts of leaving the military is not just finding a job — it is choosing a profession, working through the transition process, and adjusting to the loss of the shop, the structure, and the camaraderie that came with military life.
This program is built to help bridge that gap by giving participants practical career direction, transition support, and a workplace environment where they can still be surrounded by people who understand what they are going through.
