Sam is very reliable and easy to talk to. My fiancé and I were looking to move from New York. Sam made it very easy for us, sending us weekly/ daily emails of houses which met our criteria. He was very patient with us. Unfortunately, we decided to move to Greenville, South Carolina, due to the growing job market.
