Friendly and professional would be the usual things you would hear about your realtor and they do apply to Sam London. But he is so much more, I feel like I had a Friend looking out for me.
My negotiation went very smoothly and you would think that was all Sam had to do but no he was there for a the issues with my lender and there were many. Finding errors in applications, numerous post-ponements, calling the lending Agent when I could not get clear answers and making sure we stayed on the time line, finding financial issues that could have cost me thousands of dollars. Closing date what a relief but no Sam found some missing credits that should have been there, jumped into action and handled the issue.
