He took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a home. Then he was able to find what we were looking for. Not only that, he was so great when showing all the homes I had already found before having a Realtor. I had alot of homes on that list! He did it with a smile and he was a joy to do that with as well, he showed every home I had to us. He is super detail oriented. Walked through the whole process with us when there was a few hiccups on others behalf. Not only was did Nicholas showed true professional ability to solve any problem as they often do when you are doing complex deals.
