Samuel London
Before entering real estate, Samuel served 21 years in the United States Navy, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer. He spent 16 of those years in Navy recruiting, where he built his career around leadership, accountability, communication, and helping people make major decisions about their futures. Those same principles became the foundation for American Valor Realty.
After retiring from the Navy, Samuel brought his experience in leadership and team development into real estate with a simple goal: build a brokerage that does business differently. American Valor Realty was created around service, integrity, straightforward communication, and putting clients ahead of transactions.
Today, Samuel leads a growing team of real estate professionals serving Pensacola, Pace, Milton, and communities throughout Northwest Florida. His experience includes residential sales, investment properties, property management, and helping military members and veterans navigate the unique challenges that come with PCS moves, VA financing, and transitioning into or out of the area.
As a retired Navy Chief, Samuel also has a particular commitment to helping fellow service members and veterans. American Valor Realty participates in the Department of Defense SkillBridge program, providing transitioning service members with hands-on experience, professional development, and an opportunity to build a career after military service.

Outside of real estate, Samuel is a husband and father of three. With two sons who have served in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard and a daughter attending the University of West Florida, service and family remain central to both his personal life and the culture he has built at American Valor Realty.
