Terris Lee

Terris Lee is a 23-year U.S. Air Force veteran who has served around the globe and across the United States. Now based in Navarre, Florida, he proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout the Emerald Coast with the same dedication and integrity that defined his military career.

During his service, Terris spent 17 years supporting NSA-directed missions as an Intelligence Analyst, followed by 6 years as a First Sergeant, where he led personnel, strengthened organizational performance, and prioritized the well-being of service members and their families. This experience shaped his disciplined, data-driven, and problem-solving approach—skills he now applies to every real estate transaction.

Having personally purchased homes in four different states, Terris understands firsthand the challenges and emotions that come with relocating—especially for military families. What stood out most to him during those experiences was the level of care and commitment shown by the professionals who guided his family along the way.
